Our standard rental period is 7 days.
No problem! If you need the dumpster for longer than 7 days, simply let us know, and we can arrange for an extension. We charge $10 per day for extensions.

You can dispose of most household and construction waste, such as furniture, appliances, drywall, and yard waste but is ultimately subject to local regulations and bylaws. For a full list of accepted materials, please contact us.
The cost varies depending on the dumpster size, rental duration, and the type of materials you’re disposing of. We provide flat rate base rental pricing. Information on pricing can be found on this page.
Call our team and we can help you choose the right dumpster size. For reference, a 6 or 10 yard dumpster is ideal for small cleanouts, while a 30 or 40 yard dumpster is better suited for large renovations or construction projects.
We typically look for 1 to 2 days notice prior to pick up. Our customer service team will call in advance of the rental period ending to ask about extensions and schedule a pick up time.
For our base dumpster rentals, we charge a single flat rate based on the selected dumpster size and non-household materials (concrete, soil). If an extension is required, we have an additional charge of $10 per day and a special charge may apply for weight overage. Our goal is to provide you with certainty over the cost of a dumpster rental.

Option 1: Driveway Placement
The Best Value. Across the Niagara Region, placing the bin on your private driveway is the standard choice. No permit is required for bins placed entirely on private property in either St. Catharines or Niagara Falls.

- No Permit Fees: Save money by avoiding City application fees and daily encroachment rates.
- Student & Tourist Zones: Essential for rentals near Brock University, Niagara College, or Clifton Hill where street parking is strictly monitored.
- Faster Service: We can deliver next-day, bypassing the 10-15 day municipal permit waiting periods.
Our Niagara Region Driveway Protection:
- Surface Safety: We use wood planks under the rollers to protect asphalt and concrete driveways.
- Slope Management: Our drivers are experienced with the steep grades near the Escarpment.
- Neighbour Friendly: We ensure the bin does not block shared laneways or public sidewalks.
Good to know: If your property is on a Regional Road (e.g., Lundy's Lane, St. Paul St W), driveway placement is highly recommended to avoid expensive Regional permits.
Option 2: Street / Road Placement
For Restricted Access. If you have no driveway, you must obtain a Road Occupancy Permit. Rules vary slightly by city, but all require strict adherence to insurance and safety standards.
When street placement is required:
- Downtown heritage homes with no driveways (e.g., Yates St area, Silvertown).
- Renovation projects where the driveway is being excavated.
- Commercial projects in high-traffic zones.
We handle the requirements:
- We determine if you are on a City street or a Regional Road (which affects the cost).
- We provide the mandatory $5 Million Liability Insurance certificate.
- We supply safety cones/markers to meet municipal by-law standards.

- St. Catharines: Application fee is approx. ~$136.60.
- Niagara Falls: Fees are variable (determined by the Permit Coordinator).
